This Privacy Statement explains how Eyeraise ("Eyeraise", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with EntAIFab, the Enterprise AI Fabric platform ("Service"), and this website. It applies to visitors of entaifab.com and to administrators and end users of the Service acting on behalf of a customer organization ("Customer").
1. Scope
This Statement describes our practices as the operator of the Service. Where Eyeraise processes Customer Data (as defined in our Terms of Service) on behalf of a Customer in order to provide the Service, Eyeraise acts as a data processor or service provider, and the Customer's own privacy notices govern how that data is collected from individuals. This Statement primarily addresses information Eyeraise collects directly, such as account, billing, and usage information about administrators and authorized users, and website visitor information.
2. Data We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Account & contact information: name, work email, company, job title, and phone number, such as when you request a demo, create an account, or contact sales.
- Billing information: billing contact details and transaction records; payment card data is processed by our payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
- Communications: messages you send us through contact forms, email, or support channels.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and interaction data within the Service and this website.
- Device & log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs, collected via standard web server logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 10.
Information processed on behalf of Customers
When Customer and its authorized users use the Service, Eyeraise processes prompts, files, and related content submitted through the Service ("Customer Data") strictly to provide, secure, and support the Service, in accordance with Customer's instructions and the applicable order form or agreement.
3. How We Use Data
We use the data described above to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service and this website;
- Process transactions, manage subscriptions, and provide billing support;
- Respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and schedule demos;
- Send administrative communications, security notices, and, where permitted, product updates;
- Monitor for security incidents, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service;
- Produce aggregated or de-identified analytics to understand product usage and inform development; and
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Customer Data submitted through the Service to train foundation models unless Customer has expressly opted in to such use in writing.
4. AI Processing & Third-Party Providers
EntAIFab routes requests to third-party AI model providers configured by Customer (for example, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, or self-hosted/open-source models). Data submitted through the Service may be transmitted to the provider(s) Customer has enabled, subject to that provider's own data handling terms, which Customer is responsible for reviewing. Where configured, the Service applies automated masking or redaction of designated sensitive data categories before data is transmitted externally; masking reduces but does not eliminate risk, and Customer remains responsible for its own data classification and handling policies.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Contractual necessity — to perform our agreement with Customer or to take steps requested prior to entering an agreement;
- Legitimate interests — such as securing the Service, preventing fraud, and improving our products, balanced against individual privacy interests;
- Consent — for optional communications or cookies where required by law; and
- Legal obligation — where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.
6. How We Share Data
We disclose data only as necessary and to the following categories of recipients:
- Third-party AI providers selected or configured by Customer, as described in Section 4;
- Service providers and subprocessors who perform functions on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics, under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations;
- Professional advisors such as legal, accounting, and insurance providers, where necessary;
- Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality safeguards; and
- Legal & safety — where we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Eyeraise, our customers, or others.
7. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including encryption of data in transit, access controls based on the principle of least privilege, and audit logging of administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to continuously evaluate and improve our safeguards.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information and Customer Data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Statement, and comply with our legal, accounting, and contractual obligations. Retention periods for Customer Data are generally governed by the applicable order form or agreement with Customer. Upon termination of a subscription, Customer Data is made available for export for a reasonable period and then deleted or de-identified in accordance with our data retention schedule, except where longer retention is required by law.
9. International Transfers
Eyeraise and its service providers may process data in countries other than the country in which it was originally collected. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards required under applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses, to ensure the data remains protected consistent with this Statement.
10. Cookies & Similar Technologies
This website uses strictly necessary cookies to operate correctly and may use analytics cookies to understand aggregate visitor behavior. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
11. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you;
- Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Request a copy of your personal information in a portable format; and
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@eyeraise.com. If your organization is a Customer using the Service, we may direct certain requests concerning Customer Data to that organization, as it controls how that data is collected and used. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
12. Children's Privacy
The Service and this website are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
13. Changes to This Statement
We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated Statement at this URL and revise the effective date above. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice where required by law.
